I did my full training this week!
I really enjoyed the intervals, though they were a little slow due to the snowy roads. I need to download my Garmin to see my splits this week. I admit I stopped a few (ok a dozen or so) times on my 7 miler, and the last two milers were 4min/1min run/walk intervals, but I'm patting myself on the back for getting it in. I broke 20 miles this past week, and 60 or so for Jan! First time in AGES!
This week, the plan is 3.5, 35 min tempo, 3, 3 pace, 8 long. I CAN DO IT.
