Its sort of hard to tell in the photos, but the red is really faded and patchy in real life.

Our other exterior projects will be more high dollar (or at least work intensive, in some cases) - ripping out those shrubs, replacing the front door and sidelights (there ARE sidelights under those shutters...but there is also siding...), replacing most of the windows, replacing the siding...you get the picture.  We also need to waterproof the basement, so most of that is looking like 2014...
